Steampunk Christmas Tree ATC

I have been having fun with another ATC.  This one was done for the theme Steampunk Christmas Tree.  I used actual watch parts to cover the tree triangle.  There are multiple layers imbedded in glossy accents.  I used white seed beads for the garland, strung on copper colored wire.  And used sequins as ornaments to cover any sharp parts on the watch parts.  The background is on thick cardboard with texture past for the bricks and mists for the coloring.  I had a lot of fun with this and it is sad to send it to it's new home.  Hopefully my partner will like it as much as I do!

Have a blessed day!

A Look at Halloween's Past

We've had some great costumes over the years, from spray painting jackets to make the joker, sewing gauze on tee shirts to form the mummy (photo above), Jeff Gordon and Luigi of "Mario and Luigi".  I have been acting up on layouts of Halloween.  Next up is some work on Disney and of course more sports layouts!

This year of school is so busy - eighth grade!  We are madly getting prepared for high school.  Wow does time fly!

Have a wonderful fall!
