Show Us the Love: Bleeding Art February Challenge

Well, I am back to my blog. It is wonderful to be back in the craft room! My latest project is for a challenge I heard about from my on-line friend Linda Simpson to show us your heart from the Bleeding Art Challenge.  The challenge can be found at Bleeding Art.

I made a canvas that is 6 x 8 inches.  To complete the canvas I used clear gesso as a base.  The canvas layers are as follows:
1.  Gesso
2.  Paper strips - off white
3.  Mod Podge Matte
4.  Acrylic paint - pink
5.  Mists -
6.  Acrylic heart stamp
7.  Rock Candy Crackle Paint
8.  Rock Candy Stickles
9.  Rusted Wire
10.  Sentiment
