Scrapping on the Road

I was up in Suquamish, Washington for a meeting last week. Whenever I drive when I travel, I pull out the rolling tote and put some kits together for pages. I love Suquamish more than most other places. So, I had a little time in the evenings to create. I got all of these LOs started, and finished them up on Friday night.

On the LO slow fun, I made the bird embellishment. Here's what you need:
Cotton fabric, felt, cotton batting (or balls), embroidery floss and seed beads.
First cut the fabric and felt into a teardrop shape of the size of your choosing.
Place fabric and felt together with the right sides out. Take three strands of embroidery floss and hand stich around the edges. When you are almost done stuff with batting. Finally sew ribbon and bead eyes on with embroidery floss. I finished the cotton fabric edges with a bit of glue (you could also use stickles) to keep it from fraying. Then, place on your page.
