Did you know that there are several sugar skull stamps both digital and unmounted available in the Queen Kat Designs store? This card was created using the Day of the Dead Girl digital stamp. I love the was this stamp colors up. I used Sakura gel pens which gave a really neat "slick" look to this image. Don't you love the head band, the skulls in her hair and the bird in her hair?? This is a larger card 5 inches by 7 inches made on dark blue card stock. The image was printed on heavy watercolor paper and colored. I inked the edges with Prima Dark Bark chalk ink and added the "Hi" sentiment which I outlined with a gel pen. This card could easily turn in to a framed piece of art by the recipient.
